Better than Tzatziki

Ingredients 1 cup greek yogurt 1 tablespoon  lemon juice 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin Salt as needed Add the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add salt as desired; chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Easy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:   1 Spaghetti Squash Garlic Salt Fresh Grated Parmesan Directions: 1- Take a knife and create small slits around the perimeter of the spaghetti squash until you have sliced a few sections evenly around the squash. Place on a plate and microwave for 5 minutes. Rotate the squash and repeat for another 5 minutes. 2- Remove the hot spaghetti squash from the microwave, using a towel to prevent burning your hand, slice the squash in half and scoop out the guts. Begin the fork out the squash for your noodles. 3- Add garlic salt and grated parm as desired. Even add butter or oregano for more flavor. This super basic recipe is a great healthy option after a long day!
